I am moving out of my room, and looking for a new roommate to take my room in this quiet apartment in Woodley Park from July 2023 onwards. This is an all female apartment, and the ideal occupant will be a grad school/young professional woman who will be staying for at least one year, and who will get along well with the two existing occupants and the kitty! The apartment contains a full kitchen and living room, a bathroom that you will share with one other roommate, an en suite washer and dryer, and the price includes utilities! The apartment complex itself also contains a gym, a meeting/business room, a rooftop patio, parking spaces (for an additional fee), and a 24h concierge. It is located conveniently near the Woodley Park Zoo/Adams Morgan red line stop and several bus lines, and is right at the doorstep of Rock Creek Park! Your room is the sunniest in the apartment with a large southeastern facing window, perfect for growing plants on your windowsill. The room is furnished with a bed, a comfy sofa chair, a desk, a bedside table and lamp, and shelves. You will also have a large closet near the front door all to yourself! The furniture may be changed at your discretion. Current roommates include one post-doc researcher and a consultant in international relations, both women in their 20s. One of the roommates currently has the sweetest cat ever. This means that no other cats or dogs will be allowed, but you may bring your other small animal friend (rodents/birds/reptiles/fish) if the current roommates agree to the arrangement.
