This is a beautiful, updated home in Seward Park and I am currently renting from a great individual and am looking for a roommate to rent alongside me as of July 31st/August. 1st. The lease can be for 10-12 months, which ever you’d like. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, each person has their own bathroom, just outside of their room. A little about your potential roommate... Hi, my name is Amy (I'm 39) and my dog is Luna (she’s 7). I am renting this newly updated and remodeled home from a great individual and my roommate is moving out towards the end of July. The home is South facing (lots of light) and it's only a mile from Seward Park, Columbia City and a couple of blocks from Vita coffee, Chuck's Hop Shop and Third Place Books. About the home: there are no bathrooms within the 3 rooms but the two largest rooms are split between floors and each floor has a full bathroom and so each person essentially and most of the time has their own bathroom. The rent is $3,850/month without utilities and the yard work is something we take care of. With the rent split equally we each pay $1,925/month before utilities. Luna and I are nature obsessed and I host several personal growth and embodiment Meetups at the house every month in the large room downstairs. If community and supporting others, while supporting your own growth is of interest to you, I think will get along great. I am a professional organizer and I keep a clean and tidy place.
