I am looking for two women to fill 2 unfurnished rooms in a 3-bedroom 1 bathroom apt in University Heights to sign 1-year lease August 1. I have lived here for one year and I love the area, I have two roommates moving out . This is the top floor apt , we share the backyard area and garage space with the downstairs neighbor . It has one bathroom and comes with a washer and dryer downstairs. Rent is $1,050 for each bedroom . Wifi and utilities are additional . Ideally I’m looking for working professionals (early to late 20s or early 30s preferred ) or grad students . No shared rooms/doubles. Pets are not allowed .
