Im reposting this as I’m still looking for two roommates to move into the duplex I’m currently living in in N Portland in the Mississippi/Williams area. Looking to get the lease signed by July 1 with the start of the lease around July 8 but that’s negotiable. So, preference to people looking to move sooner and ready to apply x We’re near the corner of N Shaver and Albina Ave. Rent is $743.33/month and utilities are about ~$100/month depending on the season and electrical usage. Move in costs are first months rent prorated, last months rent, and $166.66 as a security deposit. The house comes with a beautiful garden tended by me (and I’d love to have some buddies to garden with), in unit washer/dryer, a kitchen and breakfast nook, a living room with a tv, and 1.5 baths. 420 friendly outside. Both rooms are about the same size, one faces the street and the other the backyard. House does not have central ac but our landlord dropped off a bunch of window units and we just need to mount them. We’re allowed to have one cat, so I think it’ll be first cat first served based on who applies. About me: I’m a 23 year old cis gay man. I enjoy gardening, cooking/baking, board and video games, MtG (come join our commander group), trivia, and tv/movies. Would love to form a community and get together to do activities together.
