I have a room available for rent in my townhouse. This townhouse is located off Glenwood Ave, near House of Hops. The community has a large pool within easy walking distance. Looking for a female room mate preferably around my age (20s or 30s) I work from home full time. My office is located in my bedroom. I don't often use the kitchen or living room, so you would largely have it to yourself. I currently have no pets, but I am more than happy to accept a room mate with dogs/cats. The available room is not furnished, but the rest of the house is. The $800 monthly rent includes Google Fiber internet, but utilities such as gas, water, and electric would be additional. No couples or children, sorry! The place is too small for more than 2 people. A little about me: Professional working in IT. Have lived in Raleigh for almost 3 years. I climb at the local Triangle Rock Club, and often play board games, card games, and trivia with my friends in the area. I don't generally have people over very often. I'm pretty relaxed, care free, and respectful. I also lived with a female room mate for the last couple of years prior to her moving out of state, and we got along great.
