Me and my roommate are looking for two female housemates to move in with us in a double bedroom apartment at Drake & Anderson Apartments Davis starting fall quarter on 13th September (start of lease). ~It’s a nice area not too far from downtown and UC Davis. D and K bus lines (Silo and Memorial Union) bus stop one minute away. Rent/Lease will be done with apartment office. Housemate requirements- Clean, kind and considerate. Willing to share common chores for house cleaning. Respectful to others private space and no late night parties. No smoking inside the house. I am a NPB student at UC Davis and I like meeting new people, I love animals and nature and I love traveling and trying new places and food. My roommate works and is usually out all day. ~Great location. 2 mins walk to groceries, eateries and 2 nearby bus stops and gas stations. 10 mins bike to UC Davis campus. ~The room and apartment is fully furnished (bed, couches and table, closet, and extra storage space). There is a one and a half bathroom and the kitchen and living area is very spacious. ~FREE High Speed Internet (200mbps from Comcast) and free parking. ~The total rent is $1110 for a single person but $555 if shared by two people.
