It's in beautiful San Elijo Hills, we are right on the corner of San Elijo and Rancho Santa Fe, 2 steps from Carlsbad and 20 min from downtown Encinitas and moonlight beach, 10 min from Bressi Ranch. The place is a townhome, 2 bed and 2 1/2 bath with a den, balcony and small fenced in front patio. It's in a very safe, well maintained development, with a pool, jacuzzi, fire pit and BBQ. It has an in unit washer and dryer, central AC and heating, 2 car garage with extra room for storage. You'll have your own private bathroom as well. Rent is $1525..with about $100-$130 in utilities but those are split, including wifi. You MUST have steady income, pass a credit check and willing to commit to the terms of a 12 month lease. Our landlord is amazing and he will be the one running the credit report. Also, no pets.
