I am looking for someone to sublease my apartment until February 2024 which is when the lease ends. Looking for someone to takeover the lease ASAP. Located right near the Crabtree Valley mall, less than 15 minutes from downtown Raleigh. The apartment is 1 bedroom however it includes another room with a desk area. I use it for an art studio/guest room, so it can be used a second bedroom. If approved, i will pay for move in fees like application, admin, and security deposit. I am looking for move due to the fact that my roommate lost their job and will be moving out and I will not be able to afford the rent on my own. I have no pets and the apartment is smoke free. I have only lived here for 5 months. Appliances and countertops in kitchen and bathroom are all modern and stainless steel, farm sink. Living room ceiling is elevated, huge balcony, fireplace. Base rent is $1357. Cable/internet package $75 (cannot opt out); Amenity fee $15; Valet trash $30; Pest Control $5. Storm water and water is submetered (typically $20-40 depending on how much water you use). PLEASE TAKE A LOOK AT THE PHOTO THAT LISTS UTILITY FEES.
