Ideal for families seeking high-quality housing, the UMCS Apartments & Townhomes are located at 38th/39th and Lisbon Avenue just 1-2 blocks away from beautiful Washington Park. Apartments are either two or three-bedroom units, while all townhomes have three bedrooms. Founded in 1962, United Methodist Children’s Services (UMCS) is a nonprofit community organization dedicated to promoting the health, wellness and dignity of all people, and we are proud to directly manage our seventy-two units of housing. In addition to having an onsite property manager and maintenance team to respond to the needs of our resident families, UMCS also operates a state-licensed childcare, emergency food pantry and community engagement programming. All residents have access to a computer facility, fitness center, lounge and meeting spaces. Accepting waiting list applications please contact property for availability.
