At The Studios at Belmont, we offer studio apartments in Lexington, KY near the University of Kentucky. Live in one of our updated apartments and enjoy the upgraded amenities which include a community laundry center, swimming pool, grill area, dog parks, and fitness room. The Studios at Belmont is a quaint community conveniently located near downtown, UK, and the St. Joseph medical plaza. Our location is perfect for UK undergraduate and graduate students, as well as faculty and staff. Our pet-friendly community has plenty of grassy space for your pet to play. Pets: $200 for one, and $300 for 2; pet rent is $20 per pet per month and some breed restrictions apply. Max occupancy is 2 pets. Stop by to take a personal tour of our community. Our full-service online portal allows residents to manage their experience 24-hours a day with the ability to pay online, request maintenance, and manage renters insurance.
