All of our 1, 2 and 3 bedroom apartment homes feature an eat-in kitchen with granite countertops, and upgraded appliances including stove, built-in microwave, refrigerator and freezer with automatic ice-maker, dishwasher, garbage disposal and double stainless steel sink. We also have 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes with sunrooms for that added space you can use as an office, relaxation area or extra storage. Our 3 bedroom apartment homes include a sunroom and a kitchen island for more counter space, as well as walk-in closets. All apartments have over-sized closets, cable/internet connections, plenty of outlets in all rooms and a laundry room with connections for a full size, side-by-side washer and dryer. Here at Sabal Palms we also have storage units and garages available based on availability at an additional cost. We are a pet-friendly community and love your furry friends!!! We invite them to play in our fenced-in dog park. Dogs and cats are allowed in our apartment homes with a non-refundable pet fee, per pet, and monthly pet rent, per pet.
