Pleasantview is a pet friendly community! Choose from a one or two bedroom apartment with quick convenient access to work and play in Pittsburgh. Pleasantview Place's ideal location also makes reaching Pittsburgh International Airport a breeze. All while enjoying Robinson Township's myriad of shopping and dining venues. LEASE TERMS - Minimum 12 month lease - Must prove Income (3x amount of rent) - $40 application fee applies for credit/background check for each person over 18 - Approved application, signed lease, security deposit & first full month rent will hold the unit. - Tenant pays electric and water/sewer (all electric unit) - Indoor parking available for $85/month - Outdoor parking available for no additional cost - Small pet considered with $250 non-refundable deposit and $50 monthly pet rent
