About Oakview Terrace Apartments

We are an affordable community where we strive to satisfy our residents. We are located on the NW side of town with easy access to downtown and I-235. Our complex is close to shopping and on a bus line. Our units are all updated with newer carpet, kitchens, and appliances. Our office has a computer room that has Internet access. We have several units where heat is paid. Some of our two bedrooms have huge walk-in closets with a second bath off the master bedroom. Our staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and our goal is to always make sure the residents are happy. Deposit range from $300-$600 depending on credit. We are open M-F 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and we are willing to come in on the weekends if that is what it takes to show you your new home.
