Every entry door has a smart lock so you can allow access for your pet sitter, or a friend, any time you are away. Worried your pet can’t find relief while waiting for you to come home? We got you! Each apartment entry door includes a doggy door that leads to a massive private yard or enclosed patio with a porch relief system that is connected to the drainage. No more accidents and no more stress about getting home before a certain time! The onsite Fidus Care Center is scheduled to open in the 4th quarter of 2022. The Fidus Care Center will provide onsite doggy daycare, boarding, grooming, dog walking, in-unit feeding, and playgroups! All of the Fidus services are offered in a full concierge model. That means we will pick up and drop off your dog at your apartment home, even if you are not there. No more time wasted driving back and forth in traffic to doggy daycare or boarding.
