Located just north of Shaker Square, Cormere Place is just minutes from University Circle, The Cleveland Clinic and Downtown. In 1932, the Cleveland Chamber of Commerce designated Cormere Place as the “Best Constructed Apartment Building” in the city. The classic architecture of this building has been carefully preserved. At the same time, the building has been revitalized with the addition of new modern conveniences: Renovated state-of-the-art kitchens with sleek countertops, ceramic tile floors, new cabinets, and new appliances including dishwashers, garbage disposals and microwaves.
