We are located just minutes from Colonial Williamsburg and the campus of William & Mary. Our luxury apartments are located in a secured access building with ample free parking and an easy flat rate, ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED, so you do not have to worry about those pesky bills. Enjoy your free time relaxing in our various sitting areas, lounging by our year round indoor climate controlled pool, or working off that excess energy in our fitness center. If you're a student, we offer you the comfort of an off campus apartment that is just a short walk or bike ride to class.
