About BrookTree Apartments

A property with gorgeous, green landscaping and spacious grounds, Brooktree is tucked away at the end of Harvard Way, south of Plumb Lane. Our location offers convenient access to the I-580 freeway (U.S. 395) as well as to local hotspots such as Meadowood Mall, Costco, the Peppermill and Atlantis casinos, and downtown Reno. Bus stops for routes 9 and 13 are just one block away. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9am-5pm, closed daily from approximately 1-2 for lunch, and closed all weekends and holidays. Please call or email us in advance to schedule an appointment if you wish to visit us and pick up an application. We do not have a model home to show. Each 1- or 2-bedroom apartment includes a patio and one assigned, covered parking space. Water, sewer and trash expenses are covered by us. All apartments also include a refrigerator, range, dishwasher and garbage disposal, as well as central A/C and heating. Some units include walk-in closets and/or built-in microwaves. A must-see is our beautifully landscaped grounds that provide some distance from your neighbors and a sense of privacy. Amenities include a professionally-decorated clubhouse, a fitness center, a seasonal pool and spa, and a 24-hour laundry facility utilitizing PayRange, an app you can use to control and pay for your laundry. Also free are the use of our copy/fax machine and a DVD library. Coffee, tea, cookies and Wi-Fi are available in the clubhouse. Pets under 25 pounds are welcome—please ask staff for details. 12-month lease terms only, Section 8 not accepted.
