This is an entire large, 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom, furnished single family home for rent. This home comes fully furnished with all utilities included. This home is outfitted as a Google Smart home with numerous amenities that would be suitable for large families who require extended term stays, corporate travelers, traveling nurses, visiting academics, professionals or digital nomads. Each of the bedrooms are outfitted as "units" with a smart TV and Google mini which can be used to control the Google smart home in various ways. Each unit has a smart lock on the bedroom door.
The unit named "Unit-1 Houston" is a large master bedroom (16' X 26', 416 sq. ft.) on the second level of a single family home that has an ensuite (private) bathroom (7'X11') with a double vanity. The bedroom contains one queen sized bed and one king sized bed as well as an executive desk. Attached to the bedroom is a very large 8' X 11' walk-in closet. This bedroom has been set up for two roommates to share and has two dressers, an easy chair and an armoire that houses a Samsung smart TV with Google Chromecast. All of this furniture is high quality . In addition to the full sized refrigerator in the kitchen, this unit also has a private refrigerator in the unit. The interior entry door to this unit is equipped with a Yale smart lock that can be locked or unlocked from the keypad or your smartphone. An additional security latch on the door keeps you safe while sleeping in the room. This unit, and all units, have blinds and blackout curtains on the windows. This would be a great unit for two friends who are traveling nurses, one on a night shift and one on a day shift, to share to reduce costs.
The remaining five units (bedrooms) share two bathrooms; one upstairs and one downstairs. Each bedroom has a walk-in closet, a queen bed with under-the-bed drawers, a dresser, chest of drawers and a nightstand. Every bedroom has a smart TV and a mini refrigerator in the unit.
Free streaming is available but tenants must pay for any paid subscription service like Hulu or Netflix if desired. High speed WiFi is strong throughout the house and bedrooms. Google mini speakers are available in every bedroom which tenants may use for smart-home control, setting alarms and playing sleep inducing sounds. The occupants have access to the common areas in the house that include the kitchen, dining room, living room with a large screen smart TV with Chromecast streaming, the bar area with a desktop computer, washer and dryer in the laundry room, tenant storage and an ironing board are available in the garage. All tenants are given a starter package of toiletries. When renting the entire house, any tenant may park in one of the two parking spots in the garage and the garage parking is included in the rent. Tenants will be able to open the garage remotely with their smartphone using the MyQ app.
Tenant access to the house is through the front door, garage door or patio door, each of which are equipped with a Yale smart-lock. Tenants lock and unlock these doors by keypad or smartphone. This is self check-in.
For prospects renting the entire house for a minimum of three months, two small pets are permitted for an additional fee and pet deposit. The entire house receives a deep clean once per month which includes all bathrooms, bedrooms and all common areas.
