Bath room has a new vanity with LED lighting, toilet, tiled walk-in shower stall with river rock bottom, Bedroom has new king size memory foam mattress with canopy bed, matching night-stands with reading lamps, large dresser, large mirrored closet for clothes, detailed map of Molokai, windows with views of surrounding mountains. Rent includes water, gas, sewer, trash, use of resort grounds, gated pool, tennis courts, shuffle board, cabana, gas BBQ grills, access to private beach. Renter pays $1750 rent on the 1st of every month, and for cable and or wifi as needed. Locked coin operated laundry rooms with washer/dryer on every floor. 1 onsite parking space with parking permit and car washing station included with rent. No smoking of any kind in unit, 2 outside designated covered smoking benches are located in parking lot for renters use. Renters shall be responsible for any resort fines for violations they incur. Adult renters over 21 only. Sleeps 2 maximum, no exceptions. 3 or more renters can not apply for this unit. Only occupants listed on lease agreement and registered with Wavecrest front office shall be permitted to sleep in unit. No sub-leasing of unit to 3rd parties. Pets are not permitted per HOA by-laws and house rules.Due to HUD guilelines, section 8 vouchers are currently not being accepted for this rental.
