Thank you for your interest in our property at 620 Manatawny Street #36 Pottstown, PA We have a two bedroom, 1 bath, 840 sqft condo available for occupancy July 3rd, 2023. This home features a balcony as well as an in unit washer/dryer. Rent is $1,475.00/month. Included in the cost of rent is your Water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal. The tenant covers electric cable and internet. The heating system in this home is an electric heat pump. The maximum occupancy for this unit is 4 people. The property is cat friendly with a maximum of 2 per unit. There is a one-time non-refundable pet fee of $250 per cat and then a monthly pet fee of $35 per cat. All of our properties are smoke free. This means that smoking in the home is not permitted. Qualified applicants must have a minimum income of $3,687.50 and be able to pass a credit and criminal screening. Previous residential references over the past 4 years are also reviewed. There is a $65 per person application fee for anyone age 18 and older who will be residing in the apartment. This fee is non-refundable. Upon approval, a holding deposit equal to one-month’s rent is required to hold the unit and remove it from active listings. This deposit is applied to the first month’s rent at move-in. Security deposit is required and can be between one to two month’s rent depending on credit and is due at lease signing.
