Hello, we have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom available for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo in the heart of San Leandro starting July 15, 2023. Note: You will be sharing the living room, kitchen and patio with a housemate! You'll be staying in a spacious room (12x12) with your own bathroom, and sharing the living room with a housemate. With regards to your room, you'll have a good amount of closet space and it definitely fits a queen size bed with plenty of space left. There's a washer and dryer attached in the unit, which is shared, as well as the kitchen and patio. The location is ideal as it is: 1) Only FOUR minutes walk to San Leandro Bart station! (25 minutes to San Francisco downtown!) 2) Located in a quiet neighborhood and gated community 3) One block away from Safeway, CVS, plenty of restaurants, USPS, banks (Chase, BOA, etc.), Costco are all nearby as well 4) Only 10 minute access to the 580/880 highway Requirements: 1) Minimum SIX-MONTH lease. In addition to the first month's rent upon move in, will also require a one-month rent deposit that will be refunded (if the space is in the same condition) when you leave 2) Utilities (Electric, heating, internet, water) will be split equally by two 3) Tell me a little bit about yourself in your email.
