There is a small dog on the premises that is friendly and inside most of the time. Dishes, pots and pans are all supplied. Due to COVID please bring your own towels. Two burner stove top, 20 Cu Ft refrigerator with freezer. HVAC is part of central system for the whole house. Tenant does not have individual temperature control in the unit. Space heaters are provided for additional heating support. There have been no complaints about heat or AC needs by past tenants. Owner lives upstairs and is available should you need any assistance. Tenant can pay the deposit in advance to hold the unit. This deposit is nonrefundable if tenant give less than 30-days notice of cancellation. The deposit will be refunded at final walk thru after inventory and condition check. Travel Professionals Lease for the contracted period for travel professionals, first month, deposit, and non-refundable cleaning fee payable at arrival in cash.
