The unit is located on the second floor of the home, and is only 2 blocks from the ocean. As you enter the front door, you'll notice two stairwells - one leading upstairs to the apartment, and the other leading downstairs to the coin-operated laundry room and personal storage area. If you head up the stairs, you'll see the apartment door on your right. Entering through the front door, you'll immediately witness the living room off of the kitchen, which leads to the door accessing the front balcony. Two comfy wicker chairs with cushions allow for relaxed ocean viewing. The open concept kitchen has all of the amenities one could need to prepare meals and snacks (with the exception of a dish washer). Two barstool chairs nuzzle up to the breakfast bar countertop off of the kitchen. The living space has a mounted SMART tv with an abundance of channels and streaming capabilities. The bedroom encompasses a brand new Queen-sized bed, with four sliding closet doors with ample clothing and shelving space available. The bathroom encompasses a shower-over-tub with brand new fixtures. All appliances are electric, and the unit is heated with central forced air. Outside in the common area courtyard, which is directly next to the parking lot, encompasses a nice seating area that can be utilized for picnics or bbq's! This unit is centrally located to all of Pacific Groves amenities.
