Yes, you can rent the entire home based on availability. If a student/s would like to share this home with familiar roommates, this is not a problem. We would qualify each renter for each room and everyone share the expenses.
Can I rent just a private room to myself?

The Phoenix...consist of a queen size bed with closet, desk, and sitting area, room smart-lock code for privacy. The Phoenix's private room monthly rent is $1050 for this unit.
The Tucson....consist of a day/sleeping bed for lounging, closet, desk, and sitting area, room smart-lock code for privacy. The Tucson's private room monthly rent is $1050 for this unit.
Please do not worry about your laundry as a washer and dryer is available on the premises.
What about utilities:
Rent includes all utilities! electricity, heat, gas, internet, air conditioning and water.
How do I pay my rent:
To keep you safe and the landlord payments you are able to pay directly through Avail. You can make safe, secure payments right from your mobile phone. You can pay rent, deposits and fees online, with an option for automatic payments when rent is due. You can also pay with a major credit card with a 3.5% service fee for each transation.
Pets:
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed, due to many allergic reactions to pets.
