Security deposit will be based on your credit history and if you want us to supply a stove and fridge. If your credit and work history is excellent, your deposit could be as low as $600. In some cases we will allow a portion of the security deposit to be paid in installments or by hold check, if necessary. We have managed the property for about 7 years now, and made dramatic improvements in residents, the apartments themselves, upgrading electric, plumbing, replacing doors and windows, etc. We still have a ways to go and it is now a nice place with very nice people.
