Looking for an additional housemate to share a 4 bedroom 2.5 bathroom 2-story house in North Marysville. The unfurnished room is 10'x12' (120 sqft) with a closet and comes with a key-locked door. You would share a bathroom with 2 other people. The house is part of a quiet, safe and secure semi-private family-oriented neighborhood community with ample street parking. It is located close to the Smokey Point area, close to 172nd street exit off the I-5 with access to Walmart, Safeway, Costco, Target, Best Buy, Lowe's, Marshalls and Petco. It is about a mile or less from the upcoming Amazon distribution center and 1 freeway exit away to the Seattle Premium Outlets. The house is fully furnished and you would have access and usage to all the common areas: full-sized kitchen, furnished living room, laundry room, bathrooms and backyard. I don't have cable but if desired, we can talk about it.
