We are a small vintage 50's motel complex off the beaten track on the Historic 395 Route. We kept the outside looking retro for historical charm. Inside the units have been rehabitated. Furnishings are brand new. A limited amount of units feature a separate and windowed kitchen equipped with a full stove and eating area. Check out our live-size dinosaurs and tree gardens! Good for photo ops! We specialize in Aparthotel Studios with Electric, Water, Gas, Trash included and free WIFI in select units! This is perfect for healthcare workers (e.g. traveling nurses) looking for short stays while working local hospitals!! The units also are ideally suited for peak season during Coachella/Stagecoach/DesertDaze/NOS/Glen-Helen festivals, or the motorbike Raceways. It's hard to find your own private room with your own kitchen area in this price range so make sure to jump on this great opportunity now. Kitchen units have a new refrigerator, granite counter, stainless steal 9"-deep sink, dining table, new stove, bell hood, and cabinets. Bathrooms have new wood look tile floors, new faucets, shower with new porcelain handles, new sink, and a toilet. Separate gardening area and planter provided. Free parking in front of unit or carport included. Each unit is suited for 1 person; Maximum occupancy is strictly 2 people. These units of the Vintage Motel (New Star Motel) are rented on a daily basis for 29-days max. If a guest wishes to reside longer than 29 days as a vacation unit or work-related special circumstance, we can offer the unit at the rate advertized as an extended stay--provided they apply prior and go through a credit and criminal background check by a third party company. As such, there are no daily motel amenities included. Private Spectrum packages including fast (300 Mbs or greater) internet available for activation in units, or purchase shared WiFi (300 Mbs) from us for shorter stays. No laundry facilities on site; but there are two a block away. Guests will be provided with House Rules prior to renting. Units are shown by appointment only.
