Another bonus is tenants can purchase a pass to park at any ALL DAY meter for an unlimited length of time for $25/month. This building has a secured entrance and when visitors come, tenants can open the main door from a phone. Laundry is located in the basement. Storage is also available for an additional $35 per month. (Subject to availability.)

RENTAL CRITERIA
Prior to applying, we encourage you to view the property you are interested in renting (rather than sight unseen) prior to submitting a non-refundable application fee. WS Property Management does not accept the comprehensive, reusable tenant screening report.

1. Applicant(s) must be a minimum of 18 years of age.
2. Applicant must have a gross monthly verifiable household income equal to or more than three (3) times the stated monthly rent. Each applicant will be required to qualify individually unless applicants are married for at least one year.
3. Having one (1) year of positive verifiable housing history from a third party.
4. Upon receipt of the rental application deposit and screening fee, WS Property Management shall conduct a search of public records to determine whether the applicant has a criminal record. Criminal history will be considered on a case by case basis, taking in to consideration the type of infraction, how long ago the infraction occurred, the total number of infractions, and what applicant has done since the infraction was committed.
5. Outstanding collections or delinquencies in the past two years being reported on the credit report (exclusive of medical collections) will be considered on a case by case basis.
6. Applicant must have at least (4) established credit sources, ie. credit card, loan, installment payments, etc.
