You must have a transformative story and at least several years from last occurrence.-Evictions are important and you will only be accepted with an eviction if it is 7 years old or if you put up additional security or pre-paid rent to secure the owners from loss if there is the need for an eviction, which takes 2-3 months.-Evictions can also be remedied with co-signers or agencies co-signing for you. A manager of the agency should take financial responsibility by signing to agree to pay rent on behalf of the agency and you if you don't pay rent.-Applicants are selected on a "first come, first COMPLETE" basis.
