In order to qualify for a return, the adjustable base must be in like-new condition, free from any stains, damages, or signs of wear and tear. It must also be returned in its original packaging with all of its components included.

If your adjustable base is found to be in good condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Please note that original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
