4 Beds 3 Baths - House From Just $761 - Cheap Rental In Washington

Hello, myself and my 2 roommates have a private bedroom and bathroom available in our rented 4bd 3 bath house for 761.25 (utilities are additional and shown below) a month for a single occupant. Couples are also accepted however I don’t know the prices off the top of my head. If extra space is needed there is half an office room that can potentially be rented out at a small additional cost but will need to be cleared with the roommate who rents it currently (used to be split so shouldn’t be an issue). Move in costs are 1st month rent and security deposit equal to one months rent. The room is formerly available Aug 1st however earlier move in can be accommodated. Dogs are allowed on the property on a case by case scenario (must be approved by our landlord) and come at a monthly fee of 50 dollars and a deposit of 500. Bills are split between all roommates and costs are stated below. Electric ~ 45.00 monthly depending on usage could be more or less Trash ~ 40.00 every 3 months Internet 36.50 (1400mbps unlimited plan) everyone can stream view and game on multiple platforms simultaneously with zero issues. The space available is one unfurnished generous bedroom that can easily fit a queen sized bed as seen by photos (all items in photos will be removed) as well as a full private bathroom. The common areas are furnished but we can accommodate living room and kitchen items and rearrange / decorate as needed if the house members agree to it. A little about us, we are in our low to mid 20’s all working full time pretty easy going. We occasionally will cook dinner, play games or even go out together however it’s infrequent and we tend to stick to our selfs. There’s currently two men and one women living in the house and would ideally like a couple or single occupant around our age group but it’s not required. Landlord will require verifiable income as well as a credit check. As long as you don’t have any evictions / red flags there hasn’t been issues in the past. Im probably forgetting something but I’m available to answer any and all questions you may have about us or the space let me know :) We generally like to grab lunch / spend a small amount of time with applicants to make sure it’s a good fit before bringing them into our house. PS: we have an AC unit as well as a pretty spacious garage and are more than happy to help people move in if needed.
