Room is unfurnished but the previous tenant is willing to sell all the furniture that is currently in the room. Convenient location by UH. Each room has AC, and all utilities but electric are included. $20-40 in fees for electricity each month. The rooms are very spacious and located on opposite sides of the house, so no two rooms share a wall. There is ample off-street parking. We also have a pool/ping-pong table. We are a cohesive group of 2 guys and 1 girl in their mid 20's to mid 30's. Looking for someone similar who is both clean + chill. We are an active group and that enjoys surfing, gardening, diving, hiking, volleyball, etc. 6 month minimum is preferred, first and last month's rent needed to sign the lease.
