We are three female identifying graduate students looking for a female identifying graduate student or working professional to join us in our 4 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment. It's in the quiet neighborhood of Brighton for $950. We pay for gas, electricity, and wifi which adds another $70 on an average. Water is inclded in the rent. We have in-unit laundry in the basement. It is coin operated ($1 for dryer and $1.50 for washer) The room is not going to be furnished. The kitchen is fully equipped, however. We have all the necessary appliances. Unfortunately, no pets allowed. The house is conveniently placed. It's 5 minutes away from multiple bus stops and bus routes. It's 10 minutes away from the B line. There is a CVS in walking distance, along with other produce shops. The supermarket is a 15 minute bus ride away. Move-in date is 1st September. And you will be signing a one year lease. To reserve a spot in the apartment you have to pay last months rent. And upon moving in, you have to pay first month's rent, and a security deposit (half of one month's rent).
