Looking for roommates for a year long lease starting September 1st! Located in Oaksquare, Brighton. Please message with a little about yourself if you’re interested after reading the description and we can set up a tour :) The landlord asks for a first and last month rent. So each person would owe $1,700 at time of move in. I have two rooms available for an individual aged prefferably 25-30ish. Rent is $850 a month per person. The room will be unfurnished at time of move in, but the communal living spaces will stay the same. Utilities vary month to month depending on usage. We are responsible for gas, electric and internet which we split equally four ways. There is a shared washer and dryer in the basement that we share with two other apartments. We are walking distance from Oak Square and on a quiet road where not much happens. Street parking is available and is fairly simple, you never have to look more than two streets up on busy days.
