The room has a private bathroom, private backdoor entrance, and an outdoor patio area. All together, rent and utilities run about $1,000 a month. Current housemates include a male and a female in their 20's and 30's residing on the top floor. We are both quiet, pretty clean, and we generally keep to ourselves. The shared spaces like the kitchen and laundry are upstairs. There is one parking space in the driveway; there is also plenty of parking on the street. 15 Minute walk to the Max, five minute walk to #20. The townhouse is conveniently located 2 miles from major shopping centers including Fred Meyer and Target. Unfortunately we are not allowing pets, smoking in the house, or couples.
