I am a 24 yr old accountant and am already living here. My current roommate plans to move out when the lease expires, so I am looking for a new roommate to take their spot. The lease ends 7/31/2023, so I am looking for someone to move in 8/1/2023 (can be flexible if needed). Bedrooms, bathrooms, and laundry hook ups on the top level. Currently I occupy the two small bedrooms and my roommate has the master. However, I am open to letting my new roommate decide if they would prefer the two small rooms or the one big room. Kitchen and living room on the main level. Unfinished basement. Basement door to outside. New floors and carpet two years old. All bills and rent are split 50/50.
