I have a PRIVATE bedroom/SHARED bath (with other female) for rent in LAKE BALBOA for $950/month plus $100 for wifi/cable & utilities (water/power). $1050- all inclusive. 🙋🏻‍♀️ feeemale roomies preferred. Single occupancy only. Our tri - level townhouse is in a safe and gated community only 1 mile away from lake balboa park and 7 mins away from Sherman oaks/Encino. it is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath . The private room will come with a new flat TV, spacious closet, queen sized bed & 2 bedside drawers. COMMON HOUSE AREAS include: In-house Washer and Dryer. Full kitchen. Dining room, 75 inch TV in living room, and patio area FYI: 1 small indoor dog (potty-trained, friendly and only stay downstairs). There are 2 other occupants and a friendly 2 yr old aside from myself currently living in the house. We all work full time jobs and are respectful of space, cleanliness and noise. This home is a safe place for rest. No overnight guests, drugs, smoking or parties. No pets. There is a Community Pool and Jacuzzi.
