First months rent and $550 security deposit required upon move in. Two bedrooms shared bath to fill in large townhome in Point Loma ($1,300 plus utilities). Each bedroom has access to a shared balcony. The house offers full kitchen, dining area, living room, front and back patio, one parking space and ample street parking, and downstairs 1/2 bath. In-unit washer & dryer. This location is a 5 minute drive to OB, 10 minutes to PB, 7 minutes to downtown, and 8 minutes to airport. Loma Riviera Lane. Community offers pool and well kept HOA neighborhood. There is a Siberian Husky, named Maya, who lives here too! Unfortunately, that means no additional cats/dogs please. Tenants must have experience living with large dogs or be animal lovers! She is 11 years old, but can still act like a puppy. She does shed, but we clean regularly. A little but about the current roommates: - Couple living in Master bedroom. One works for home doing sales and other is a psychiatric rehabilitation / mental health counselor. Both work full-time. - Combination of hobbies include cooking, volleyball, basketball, gym, watching sports, golf, and going to the beach! Looking for roommates who: - Willing to help maintain a home with shared responsibilities & some cleaning. - Can work from home, but please do not work full-time in common areas (kitchen, living room). - Must apply and get approved through leasing company (pass background check and have stable income). - Responsible for 1/4 of utilities (water, WiFi, electric, trash average of 100-120 per person per month). - We’re ok with bringing people here, but we follow rule 12 hour notice for large groups (purpose of making sure dog is safe and out of your way).
