Due to a change in my life circumstances, I am looking for someone to take over my lease at this apartment (August 1st, 2023 - June 30th, 2024). Move in date can be no earlier than July 30th. Attractive 2 bedroom 1 bath first floor apartment in Mt. Washington. This apartment has shared private outdoor space with other building residents. I have lived here over 2 years and have loved the location and found the landlord to be responsive whenever concerns arise. I commute to downtown and south side regularly and transit access is great, and there are plenty of local restaurants and shops nearby within walking distance! Parking is street parking, but I’ve never needed to park more than 1-2 minutes from the building and I usually am able to park right out front. UTILITIES & TENANT RESPONSIBILITIES: Tenants pay gas and electric. Owner pays water & sewer. PET POLICY: -Pet Friendly (Cat and Dog) There is a $200 non refundable pet deposit for each dog, plus an additional $50 per month pet fee per dog. There is a $100 non refundable pet deposit for each cat, plus an additional $30 per month pet fee per cat. As you would be taking over my lease, the landlord requires a background check and you must meet the qualifications below and complete an application with them.
