We also have a community room , lounge, outdoor picnic area w/grills, an elevator, a fitness center and more.. Pet policy, cats allowed with additional $500 deposit and a $250 pet fee per cat, (max 2 pets per unit) and $30 a month pet rent. Must be fully vetted, fixed and declawed. Dogs allowed with an additional $1000 deposit and $250 pet fee (1 dog 20lbs or less) and pet rent of $30 a month must be fully vetting and fixed. Max 2 pets per unit.
