Not a lot of room for bulky furniture either. $750 for half the room and no closet access for those with fewer things $850 for half the room and half the closet for those with more stuff Deposit refundable $800 Looking to rent on June 30th or July 31st. My agreement with the landlord is month to month on the 1st. I have a 30 days notice agreement with the landlord. Street parking only 5-7 minute walk away Bikes allowed but there are no bike racks, you can hook them up to the staircase or in the porch if the landlord is cool with it. I keep my room fairly tidy, organized, and quiet.
