Our community offers 60 spacious 1 and 2-bedroom apartments designed to provide a peaceful living experience with the conveniences of professional property management. Located conveniently close to I-275, Ronald Reagan Highway, shopping, entertainment, and public transportation, our community is perfect for anyone seeking a convenient lifestyle. Apartments feature vinyl wood-look flooring, carpeted bedrooms, a walk-out balcony (2nd & 3rd Floor Units), and an upgraded kitchen with all major appliances including a dishwasher and built-in microwave. Laundry hookups are available in every unit, with sets available for rent. Woodside Apartments is a pet-friendly community with specific requirements and restrictions. We conduct background checks, including credit, criminal, employment, and rental history, with a $50 application fee per person over 18. The security deposit required is equal to one month's rent, with residents responsible for gas and electricity through Duke Energy, while water utilities are paid to SNS Management on an individual basis. Trash service is included. Our minimum requirements include: 1. A gross income of at least three times the monthly rent rate 2. A minimum credit score of 550 3.No history of eviction in the past seven years 4. No violent or non-violent felonies in the past seven years, and no registered sex offenders 5.
