Pet Policy. *Breed Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Pitbull, Staffordshire Terrier, Doberman Pinscher, Rottweiler, Chow, Wolf Hy-brids, German Shepherd, Shar Pei, Newfoundland, Alaskan Malamute, Great Dane, Mastiff, Saint Bernard, American Bulldog, Presa Canario, Tosa, Akita, Beagle, Hounds and Dalmatian. Weight restriction of 65 pounds total and not to exceed this limit when full grown. Documentation may be required by the resident’s veterinarian to verify the breed. All pets are required to be spayed/neutered and evidence of the same must be provided. Veterinarian records and a photo of the pet must be provided at the time of move in to ensure pet is up to date with all required vaccinations. Furthermore, the Property Manager reserves the right to deny approval of any pet whether pure or mixed breed containing any of the above.
