About The Current

Find your new home in the close-knit community of The Current. Built at the end of 2020, our apartments are like new! Bring your pets - we accept cats and dogs, large and small, with a few breed restrictions. Our heated, well-lit underground parking features: convenient indoor fitness center; trash room; spacious bike storage and tuning area; pet wash station; and extra storage. Package room and mailbox lobby are next to the on-site office. Enjoy planned socials in our Gather room which includes a full kitchen, seating space, and cable and WIFI. You can also reserve the space for your own function and open the full wall of overhead doors that lead to our outdoor grilling patio. Professionally managed and developed with care. We are in a great location across from the river and walking distance to downtown and Luther Hospital! The Current is a non-smoking community and rent includes water, sewer, trash, lawn care and snow removal. Tours are available Monday through Friday between 9:00 am and 2:00 pm. All other times by appointment only.
