The building is 20 stories and has 2 elevators for access to each floor, including the parking garage. The apartment units have new vinyl flooring throughout, Kitchens are renovated with new cabinets and have stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, gas oven, and refrigerator. There is a washer and dryer room on each floor in the building. Plenty of closet space and amazing views of both the bay and the ocean from the balconies of these apartments!! The building has a concierge desk and you can only enter the building with a key FOB. There is an employee at the front desk in the main lobby 24 hours a day, and an attached 4 story parking garage. Building has ocean views on the east side and bay views on the west side of the building. Every apartment has its own heat and central air system and tenants pay utilities besides water. The 4 story parking garage has secure garage door entry and is available for tenant parking at a monthly fee.
