This friendly community has just the right mix of amenities including a state of the art fitness center, a heated saltwater outdoor summer swimming pool, firepit, resident events, gas grills and picnic areas. Each unit has its own private full size washer and dryer, granite countertops, stainless steel kitchen appliances, microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, pull out spray kitchen faucet, breakfast bar or kitchen island, ample dark finished cabinet storage, balcony or patio, luxury vinyl plank flooring in living spaces and carpeted bedrooms. All apartments are cat friendly up to 2 in the home. Select units are dog friendly (please see floor plans that specify 1 dog friendly. Please note we have weight and breed restrictions). We offer 12 month leases, smoke-free living, optional storage units and all 1-3 bedroom apartments have one underground parking space included in the rent. We pay the sewer, water, trash as well as all community utilities. Residents pay only Natural Gas (1-3 bedroom units) and Electric for their apartment.
