About Market Village Senior Residence 55+

Market Village is a 49 unit apartment community for 55+ that does not offer nursing home or assisted living services. Our Waiting List at Market Village is open. We go to our Waiting List to offer an apartment to someone on the Waiting List. Please feel free to schedule an appointment for a tour by contacting us at Market Village. During a tour we meet with you, provide a tour of our common areas of the property: the lobby, rental office, community room, and other common areas of the property. Our management office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 am – 3 pm. The process for going on the Waiting List is that we receive from you an application. Thank you for your interest in Market Village.
