About Maple Estates

Maple Estates has recently gone under a lot of renovations and upgrades! All of our apartments recently got all new windows, siding and landscaping! We also just installed a brand-new dog park and recently renovated our clubhouse. Our clubhouse now has a brand-new business center, theater room and gym! We also have a lot of big projects lined up for 2022 that we are super excited for! All of our apartments will be newly renovated! What does this mean for you? It means you will be the first person to live in these new apartments so when you move in all the appliances will still have the stickers on them! This opportunity does not come around often. My renovated apartments will all have stainless steel appliances (Fridge, oven, microwave and dishwasher) They will also have brand new wood plank flooring and new carpet in the bedrooms. The plank floor is awesome and makes keeping your home clean so much easier! The bathrooms will also be totally gutted and new! So you will have a brand new tub, shower head as well as a new vanity, lights and toilet. How awesome is that!
