About Haywood Village

Welcome Home to Haywood Village! Located in the heart of one of Asheville’s most desirable communities! You can enjoy local restaurants, art galleries, pop up markets, music venues, and breweries minutes away from your doorstep, and only an 8-10 minute drive to downtown Asheville! Haywood Village features luxury one, two, and three-bedroom apartments. Features include quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, feng shui floor plans, deep soaking tubs or beautiful tile showers. Flooring will be a mixture of large modern tile & luxury carpet. On the first floor you will find more of an industrial feel with our polished concrete floors throughout!. Our floor plans offer a modern bright open design with amazing outdoor views! A one-time, non-refundable fee of $500 for a dog and $250 for a cat are required. There is an additional fee for a second pet. Each apartment has a maximum of two pets. Each apartment will require a one-time, refundable deposit of $250. This is refundable at time of move out pending damages. Animals above 35 pounds will be on the bottom floor. There is an additional 25 pet rent for animals with a 2 pet max. Pit bulls and rottweilers or any variation of the breed are prohibited.
