About Continental Terrace Apartments

Our apartment community is located on a wooded property close to 1st Avenue. We accept all sizes and breeds of dogs, and cats too. Our one and two bedroom units are spacious and some do have balconies. We are in the process of renovating kitchens and baths. Our rents are from $640 to $740per month with a $30 per month utility fee. Our leases are month to month only. One bedroom deposit is $300 and two bedroom deposit is $400. We do charge a refundable pet deposit of $350 on each pet. Only 2 pets per unit and a pet fee of $50 per pet is charged. Tenants pay electricity. Upon application process we check criminal, employment, credit and rental references.
